Here's how we make venue finding simple.

 
1. Share your brief

Tell us what you’re planning. Dates, numbers, location, and any non-negotiables. If things aren't fully formed yet that is fine. 

2. We get to work behind the scenes

We'll research and explore suitable venues, check availability, and speak directly to the venues, saving you time in chasing, inbox overwhelm and excel madness. 

3. Thoughtful Shortlists

We pride ourselves on honest recommendations and will 
You’ll receive clear, realistic options to review not a long list for the sake of it.
We'll negociate rates, terms  and build a considered shortlist based on your brief and what we genuinely feel will work best for your event.

4. We tweak until it clicks

Need to refine the shortlist, adjust dates, or explore alternatives? That’s absolutely fine. We’ll keep refining things until it feels right. We can arrange site viists for your favoured venues if needed and are always happy to accompany you. 

5. From shortlist to sign off

When you’re ready, we will support with venue contract next steps.
From there you can take the reings, or we can stay involved for as long (or as little) as you need, including stepping back if you’d prefer to liaise directly with the venue.

Who is she?!

I’m Danielle, founder of Sorted — a venue-finding service designed to support busy Executive Assistants, event managers, and in-house teams who are under pressure to get events right.

After spending over 22 years working across corporate meetings and events, from planning and delivering events to hotel sales, venue management, and venue finding, I've seen first hand how time consuming and stressful venue finding can be especially when budget and expectations are tight. 

I launched Sorted to take that pressure off. Think of us as an extension of your team, working quietly behind the scenes to source venues thoughtfully, sense check options properly and adapt as plans evolve. supporting each brief with care and consistency, and adapting to how you like to work as plans evolve.

 

Having worked on both the client and venue side, I understand how venues truly work from availability and pricing to flexibility and hidden constraints. By building strong trusted relationships with venues and suppliers it gives Sorted genuine buying power and I can confidently give my clients and access to well-negotiated, realistic options.

 

I care deeply about supporting the people behind the events and genuinly love discovering new venues and sharing honest recommendations, its what keeps the role interesting and why no two briefs are ever the same.

A few things you may be wondering?
 

Is your venue-finding service really free?
Yes. We’re paid commission by venues for our referral of business, never by our clients. You’ll never pay more by working with us, and in many cases we help negotiate better value than going direct.

What types of events do you work on?
We specialise in corporate events from board meetings and off-sites to conferences, retreats, charity gala dinners, team gatherings, christmas parties and everything in between, finding venues in the UK and internationally.

How quickly can you turn options around?
We’re known for moving quickly. In most cases, you can expect a first round of considered options within a few working days, depending on the brief. If timelines are tight, just let us know and we’ll always do our best to adapt.

What if our plans aren’t final yet, or things change?
That’s completely fine, we understand plans evolve all the time. If dates shift, budgets change, or the event is paused, we’ll simply pick things back up when you’re ready.

Do I still deal directly with the venue for the event?
That’s entirely up to you. Some clients like to take things over once a venue is chosen; others prefer us to support with site visits, contracts, and final details.
